MSB has successfully completed a bespoke two-storey car showroom and state-of-the-art music and art studio for a private client at an undisclosed location. This turn-key project showcases MSB’s ability to deliver multi-functional buildings that blend modern design with practical functionality.
To meet the client’s vision, MSB carried out all aspects of the build, including groundworks, construction of the steel-framed structure, mezzanine floors, cladding, and the installation of high-performance doors and windows. The interior fit-out included custom architectural floating stairs, designed to provide a striking visual feature while optimising space and functionality.
The project also involved high-end finishes and materials to create a sophisticated and inspiring environment tailored to the client’s specific needs. The music studio incorporated cutting-edge acoustic treatments, ensuring professional-grade sound quality, while the showroom features sleek, modern design to showcase vehicles in style.
