MSB was selected from a highly competitive field of regional construction firms to deliver the prestigious Three Counties Showground project.

Our team at MSB successfully completed the 20,000 sq.ft. exhibition hall, showcasing our expertise in delivering large-scale projects. Additionally, we implemented a state-of-the-art storm water attenuation system, demonstrating our dedication to sustainable and innovative construction solutions.

Faced with a challenging delivery window from October 2023 to March 2024, we had to navigate working adjacent to buildings that remained in use for planned events throughout the Winter. This required meticulous planning, exceptional efficiency, and seamless coordination with TCAS to ensure minimal disruption and maximum productivity.

Despite the tight schedule and demanding conditions, the project was completed on time and within budget. This achievement highlights MSB’s unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Some words from the client...

The Society appointed MSB as the contractor to build a new multi-purpose agricultural barn and exhibition hall. The project was time critical as we only have a limited window between the close of one show season and the start of the next. The resulting building is superb and was completed to spec, on time and on budget. The site was fantastically well managed throughout and everyone in the MSB team, both employees and sub-contractors, were a pleasure to work with.
