Littlehampton Expansion: At Titan’s Littlehampton location, MSB was tasked with a significant expansion of the existing facility to substantially increase storage capacity. This project involved the construction of a new extension that required the use of Controlled Modulus Column (CMC) technology to stabilise the ground for the new building’s foundations. The build also featured the construction of a new two-storey mezzanine, complete with internal fire separation, intumescent paint for critical steelwork, and modern epoxy floor finishes. Aesthetically, MSB overclad the existing structure to seamlessly integrate the old with the new, giving the entire building a contemporary facelift.

Poole Drive-Up Garages: Our Poole project involved preparing a new ground slab and associated drainage systems, followed by the construction of high-quality drive-up garage units. This initiative required precise coordination and execution to ensure optimal use of space and functionality.
